As part of our monthly routine, we’d like to keep you updated on our progress each month. Here’s a summary of the growth we experienced in August 2024:

August marked the start of Coinfest Bali season! This time, Nusa Finance participated in two side events:

• Base Onchain Summer Bali 2024

After Jakarta, Surabaya, and Yogyakarta, the first IRL Base community meetup in Indonesia took place in Bali. The event was held on August 22, 2024, at Tirtha Bayu Estate, Bali.

The Base event in Bali was super exciting, and we loved gathering and discussing with the community and meeting new people. Stay based!

• The OG Night

Indodax and Monad collaborated to host an exclusive networking event supported by Tokenomy, Nusa Finance, and AYA. The event was held on August 23, 2024, at Tirtha Bayu Estate, Bali. This event was a great opportunity to expand networks in the Web3 world.

It was an awesome event, bringing together the OGs of Indonesia’s blockchain industry. Hanging out, cracking jokes, and discussing innovative ideas for blockchain development — it was truly amazing!

In June, we added around 30 popular tokens on networks such as Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, and Base.

This month, we held a vote to close the Fixed Rate feature in the lending market on Nusa. This decision was made after careful consideration and a thorough evaluation of market conditions, user trends, and system efficiency.

The voting results showed that 61.22% (1004.173 veNUSA) agreed to this change. Thus, the Fixed Rate feature in the Nusa lending market was officially closed on August 29, 2024.
