NFT YIELD — THE FIRST EQUITY NFT
Setelah sukses melakukan penjualan beberapa NFT YIELD pada Nusa NFT Marketplace, kali ini perusahaan BPS meluncurkan jenis NFT YIELD baru yang mentokenisasi saham ekuitas BPS. Koleksi baru ini dinamakan “NFT Equity”.
Pemegang NFT Equity akan mendapatkan bagi hasil dari keuntungan bulanan perusahaan BPS sebesar 8% — 12% p.a. Bagi hasil akan didistribusikan setiap bulan selama satu tahun kepemilikan. Dengan keuntungan yang menarik ini, perusahaan BPS hanya meluncurkan 5 item NFT eksklusif yang dinamakan “The First Equity”.

Untuk berpartisipasi dalam kepemilikan ekuitas BPS melalui NFT Equity, harap membaca syarat dan ketentuan berikut:
- Pemegang NFT dapat melakukan pembelian NFT Equity pada tanggal 2–9 Mei 2024
- Bagi hasil akan didistribusikan setiap tanggal 26, mulai dari bulan Mei 2024 hingga bulan April 2025. Apabila tanggal 26 bertepatan pada tanggal merah, maka distribusi akan dilakukan pada hari kerja terdekat setelahnya.
- Bagi hasil akan didistribusikan kepada wallet pemilik NFT “The First Equity”. Apabila kepemilikan NFT berpindah alamat wallet, maka pendistribusian akan dilakukan pada wallet yang baru.
- Perhitungan bagi hasil yang didapatkan oleh pemilik NFT perbulan berdasarkan jumlah bunganya adalah sebagai berikut:
5. Besaran bunga ditentukan dari pendapatan bulanan perusahaan BPS dengan history pendapatan persentase dari 8–12% (lihat Tabel 1). Semakin besar pendapatan pada bulan tersebut maka persentase bagi hasil akan mengikuti.
6. Pendapatan bulanan dari perusahaan BPS akan diinformasikan secara berkala pada link berikut: Laporan Bulanan
7. Nilai NFT sebesar 1,000,000 IDRX akan dikembalikan pada pemilik NFT ke wallet pemilik pada distribusi ke 12 (26 April 2025)
8. Nusa Finance berperan sebagai platform jual beli NFT dan tidak bertanggung jawab atas kegagalan usaha dan distribusi bagi hasil yang merupakan tanggung jawab dari perusahaan BPS. Calon pembeli NFT Equity diharapkan melakukan riset terlebih dahulu sebelum melakukan pembelian.
9. Dengan melakukan pembeli NFT Equity, pemilik NFT dianggap telah menyetujui syarat dan ketentuan yang berlaku
After previous successful selling of NFT YIELD on the Nusa NFT Marketplace, BPS company continues to launch a new type of NFT YIELD that tokenizes BPS equity shares. This new collection is called “NFT Equity”.
NFT Equity holders will receive a profit share from BPS company’s monthly profits ranging from 8% — 12% p.a. The profit share will be distributed every month for one year of ownership. With this attractive profit, BPS company has only launched 5 exclusive NFT items called “The First Equity”.

Distribution Date: 26th of every month (counted on working days)

To participate in BPS equity ownership through NFT Equity, please read the following terms and conditions:
- NFT Equity purchases can be made from May 2–9, 2024
- Profit share will be distributed every 26th of the month, starting from May 2024 until April 2025. If the 26th falls on a public holiday, distribution will take place on the nearest working day thereafter.
- Profit share will be distributed to the wallet of the owner of “The First Equity” NFTs. If NFT ownership changes wallet address, distribution will be made to the new wallet.
- The calculation of the monthly profit share received by NFT owners based on the interest amount is as follows:
5. The interest amount is determined by the BPS company’s monthly income. The higher the income for that month, the profit share percentage will follow. With historical income percentages ranging from 8–12%.
6. Monthly income from BPS company will be periodically informed at the following link: Monthly Report
7. The NFT value of 1,000,000 IDRX will be refunded to the NFT owner’s wallet on the 12th distribution (April 26, 2025)
8. Nusa Finance acts as a platform for buying and selling NFTs and is not responsible for the business failure and profit distribution, which is the responsibility of the BPS company. Prospective buyers of NFT Equity are expected to conduct research before making a purchase.
